Stop for a moment. Breathe out. You don’t have to keep running. I’ve already walked this trail — and I’m calling you to follow me, into the silence and the height of the Himalayas.
The Triund trail · 3100 m
Twice I went up into the mountains while living in Dharamsala, in northern India. I climbed the Triund trail to the snowy peaks, at 3100 m. Up there you don’t think — you only listen, feel, breathe. I poured these states into two meditations: one recorded at sunset among the peaks, the other by day, inside a mountain cloud.
